It's 5:00 somewhere!

Hello, my crafty friends! I'm happy to share with you today my Love To Scrap! Challenge Blog DT inspiration project for LTSCB #70 - Anything Goes! We're being sponsored this time by Stitchy Bear's Digi Outlet, Limited Runs Stamps and Sparkle N Sprinkle! Come play with us - we know you love some 'anything goes!' :)

I created a fun birthday/celebration card using the awesome 'Watermelon Margarita' digi from Limited Runs Stamps. Isn't it great?! I've never had a watermelon margarita but I bet they're awesome! ;)

I love the black and white print background paper layered on the red which really makes it pop. I cut the image with a stitched square die and layered it on a swatches die cut. Not sure how well you can see it, but I used dots of Glossy Accents on the bumps on the glass. I created the timeless "It's 5:00 somewhere!" sentiment on my computer and made it into a fish tail flag. And you know it had to have a bow! ;)

I used a piece of the black and white print paper on the inside and stamped a greeting on the layered panel. I'm tickled with how this turned out! ;)

Happy to enter this fun birthday card into the following challenges:

  • Cardstock/Paper: GKD Pure Luxury White and Red Hot cardstock, Cricut Greens & Blacks cardstock, Simple Stories DIY Boutique 6x6 papers
  • Stamps: Limited Runs Stamps Watermelon Margarita digital image, Paper Smooches Delightful Greetings stamp set (inside sentiment)
